Job Description

  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
  • Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives with the stakeholders and develop projects that will ensure that these requirements are met.
  • Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes.
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
  • Maintain processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle, setting project quality and performance standards, and assessing and managing risk within, and across, multiple projects.
  • Implement & monitor the deliverables of projects to ensure that all targets are reached and that the overall project is completed in accordance with agreed timescales and costs.
  • Help prepare budgets and Oversee project procurement management.
  • Analyze risks and opportunities, monitor project progress, and handle any issues that arise.
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all stakeholders.
  • Use tools to monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures.
  • Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of the agreement).
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
  • Ensure standards and requirements are met by conducting quality assurance tests.
  • Ensuring compliance with objectives, organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Perform any other assigned tasks as required by the direct manager within the same level of responsibility.

Graduation

Bachelor's degree in a related field, which may include Computer Science, Business, or Engineering.

3- 5 years of experience in the same field.

Experience

PMP, and/or comparable project management certifications are highly desirable.
