Job Description
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager / Site Construction Director to lead construction operations, site execution, project delivery, and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead overall construction management, site operations, and project execution from mobilization through completion.
- Manage project teams, site personnel, subcontractors, contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
- Develop and implement construction strategies, execution plans, work programs, and site schedules.
- Monitor project progress, productivity, costs, resources, milestones, and overall performance.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, construction standards, permits, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate construction activities across civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and other disciplines.
- Manage subcontractor performance, site coordination, procurement interfaces, and construction resources.
- Review drawings, method statements, technical submissions, inspection requirements, and construction documentation.
- Identify and resolve site issues, technical conflicts, delays, and construction risks.
- Lead quality control, inspections, testing, commissioning, handover, and close-out activities.
- Implement corrective actions, recovery plans, and productivity improvement initiatives where required.
- Provide regular project progress, cost, schedule, risk, and performance reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- 10–15+ years of experience in construction management, project management, or site leadership.
- Proven experience leading large-scale construction projects and multidisciplinary site teams.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, project delivery, HSE, quality control, and site management.
- Strong experience managing contractors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Good understanding of project planning, cost control, contract administration, risk management, and construction documentation.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with commercial buildings, high-rise developments, industrial facilities, infrastructure, mixed-use developments, or major projects is preferred.
