Construction Project Manager / Site Construction Director

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager / Site Construction Director to lead construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to required quality and safety standards.

• Lead overall construction planning, execution, and site operations.
• Manage contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Monitor project schedule, budget, quality, and site progress.
• Coordinate construction activities and resolve technical issues.
• Manage project risks, variations, claims, and site requirements.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and construction standards.
• Prepare progress reports and provide updates to senior management.
• Drive project completion and successful handover.

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven experience managing large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and project controls.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong experience in contractor and stakeholder management.
• Relevant professional certification or engineering registration is an advantage.
