Position Overview

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager / Site Construction professional to oversee construction projects from planning through completion. This role will coordinate site activities, contractors, resources, schedules, and quality requirements to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day construction activities and project execution.
Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and site teams.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, materials, and manpower.
Ensure construction work meets approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Conduct site inspections and resolve construction-related issues.
Monitor health, safety, and environmental requirements on site.
Track project progress and prepare regular reports for management.
Identify project risks, delays, and resource requirements.
Coordinate with clients and stakeholders throughout project delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in construction or project management.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, site operations, and project delivery.
Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Strong understanding of construction safety and quality standards.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under deadlines.
