Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage construction projects from initiation to completion
  • Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets
  • Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements
  • Review and approve drawings, BOQs, and technical submissions
  • Conduct site visits and supervise construction activities
  • Manage client communication and provide regular project updates
  • Handle contract management, variations, and claims
  • Ensure timely procurement of materials and coordination with procurement teams
  • Lead project meetings and resolve on-site issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • 1015 years of experience in construction project management
  • Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
  • Experience in handling contractors, consultants, and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software
