Construction Site Engineer

At Hennessey we are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to join our construction team in the UAE.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure work follows approved drawings and specifications
• Coordinate foremen, subcontractors, consultants and MEP teams
• Plan work, monitor progress and report delays or site issues
• Arrange inspections and maintain accurate site records
• Monitor materials, manpower and equipment requirements
• Ensure quality, safety and housekeeping standards are maintained
• Assist with measurements, variations, snagging and project handover

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering
• Minimum five years construction experience, preferably in the UAE
• Experience in structural, architectural and general building works
• Ability to read and interpret construction and shop drawings
• Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• UAE driving licence is advantageous
