Construction Superintendent (Civil & Structural)
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise construction activities and ensure compliance with approved sequences, standards, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of construction milestones.
- Monitor civil, earthwork, and structural fabrication works, providing technical guidance and resolving site issues.
- Support completion, commissioning, and start-up activities, ensuring lessons learned are captured and applied.
- Maintain construction metrics and report progress, concerns, and mitigation actions to management.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 8+ years of construction experience on large-scale projects in oil & gas, offshore, or heavy industrial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of design standards, safety criteria, and execution methods for civil and structural works.
- Experience working with contractors, EPC companies, or service providers in complex project environments.
- High proficiency in English and strong computer literacy.
