Hiring: Construction Supervisor – Kuwait
Location: Kuwait
Experience Required: 3–5 Years (Kuwait/GCC preferred)
We are looking for a qualified Construction Supervisor to oversee daily site operations and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to approved drawings and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities
- Manage site workforce and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with project drawings and specifications
- Monitor work progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
- Enforce safety regulations and conduct toolbox talks
- Inspect work quality and resolve on-site issues
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant construction supervision experience
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Strong knowledge of Kuwait construction regulations
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Transferable Visa (Article 18 preferred)
