About the Role

They are looking for a curious and motivated Consultant Associate to join their team on an urgent, 6-month contract basis.

This opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional with an interest in Tax, Finance, ERP and technology who wants to turn academic knowledge into practical experience.

You do not need prior professional experience. We are looking for someone who learns quickly, communicates confidently, thinks analytically and is willing to explore new ideas and technologies.

You will gain hands-on exposure to real-world consulting work involving tax, ERP systems, data, technology and business processes, while working alongside experienced professionals across the GCC.

Key Responsibilities

• Support research, analysis and preparation of consulting deliverables.

• Assist with tax and ERP-related projects and documentation.

• Research developments in taxation, ERP, technology and relevant business trends.

• Support data analysis, reporting and process documentation using tools such as Excel.

• Organise, analyse and communicate information from different sources clearly.

• Help identify opportunities to improve business processes and workflows.

• Explore and apply AI tools to support research, analysis, documentation and productivity.

• Contribute practical ideas and solutions to business and client challenges.

• Assist with presentations, reports and other consulting materials.

• Collaborate with team members across different projects and priorities.

• Take ownership of assigned tasks and demonstrate a willingness to learn.

• Learn from feedback, adapt quickly and continuously improve.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• Recent graduate, postgraduate student or early-career professional with a relevant academic background.

• Academic exposure to Tax, ERP, Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field.

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.

• Curious, proactive and eager to learn.

• Comfortable asking questions, receiving feedback and learning from mistakes.

• Able to understand new concepts and apply them to practical situations.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-person consulting environment.

• Interested in technology, business process improvement and emerging tools such as AI.

• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to communicate ideas clearly.

• Must have valid UAE work authorization and be able to work in the UAE.

• Able to work on-site in Dubai or Abu Dhabi.

Nice to Have

• Previous exposure to ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or similar platforms.

• Tax-related certification, training or coursework.

• Strong Microsoft Office skills.

• Experience with MicrosoftExcel formulas, data analysis or reporting.

• Practical experience using AI tools for research, analysis, productivity or problem-solving.

• Internship, project or academic experience related to Tax, Finance, ERP, Technology or Consulting.

• International study or work exposure.

• A valid UAE driving licence.
