The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a key role in managing client relationships and delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions across permanent and contract roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with Delivery Consultants to clarify client job requirements
- Advertise roles across relevant platforms and channels
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief to placement
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, driving activity and fee generation
- Develop new business opportunities while managing existing accounts
- Source, screen, and engage high-quality candidates (permanent and contract)
- Attend client and internal meetings to support business growth
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on our CRM system (Loxo); full training provided
