Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage a variety of infectious diseases and related complications
- Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans based on the latest clinical guidelines
- Provide expert consultation to other medical departments regarding infection control and prevention
- Monitor and analyze infection trends within the facility and participate in outbreak investigations
- Educate patients, families, and healthcare staff on infectious disease management and preventive measures
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with healthcare policies and regulations
- Engage in continuous professional development and research activities in infectious diseases
Requirements
- Medical degree with specialization in Infectious Diseases or Internal Medicine with infectious disease training
- Board certification or equivalent credentials in Infectious Diseases
- Valid medical license to practice in Sharjah/UAE
- Proven clinical experience managing infectious diseases in hospital or clinical settings
- Strong diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
