Consultant - Infrastructure

The client is responsible for assisting leadership in initiating strategic necessities across Abu Dhabi. Their stakeholders include Government and Semi-Government partners to enhance strategic planning, improve institutional performance, and oversee the implementation of high-impact programs and initiatives that support sustainable economic and social development.

Responsibilities

In this role, the candidate will review and evaluate annual plans submitted by Government entities to ensure quality, alignment, and coherence. They will participate in the formulation and enhancement of KPIs and performance monitoring frameworks, contribute to the development and update of foundational and thematic infrastructure strategies, and generate performance and strategy reports for senior leadership.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in formulating strategies for Government entities.
• Experience working in a Government/Semi-Government entity, top strategy consulting firm or infrastructure planner.
• Strong knowledge of strategy frameworks and standards.
• Bachelor's Degree is mandatory
• Exposure in Public Sector planning and execution is significantly advantageous
