Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interventional Radiologist to join our multidisciplinary medical team in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide minimally invasive, image-guided diagnostic and therapeutic procedures while ensuring the highest standards of patient care, safety, and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a wide range of interventional radiology procedures, including vascular and non-vascular interventions
  • Conduct image-guided procedures using CT, MRI, ultrasound, and fluoroscopy
  • Collaborate closely with referring physicians, surgeons, and clinical teams to develop optimal treatment plans
  • Provide pre-procedural assessment, informed consent, and post-procedure follow-up care
  • Interpret diagnostic imaging studies when required
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical records and reports
  • Ensure compliance with Dubai Health Authority (DHA) regulations, hospital policies, and international best practices
  • Participate in quality assurance, audits, and continuous medical education (CME) activities
  • Supervise and train junior doctors, radiographers, and nursing staff when applicable
  • Adhere strictly to radiation safety and infection control protocols

Required Qualifications

  • Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent)
  • Board Certification / Specialist or Consultant qualification in Radiology
  • Fellowship or formal training in Interventional Radiology
  • Minimum 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in Interventional Radiology (more for consultant level)
  • Proven competence in vascular and non-vascular interventional procedures

  • Exposure to international healthcare standards (JCI, ISO, etc.)
  • Experience in the UAE or GCC region is an advantage
