- Job Title: Ways of Working Consultant

Role Overview
The Ways of Working Consultant improves how work gets done across the organization by identifying inefficiencies, redesigning processes and operating models, and coaching leaders to improve productivity and performance.
This is a hands-on transformation role working closely with business teams and senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose productivity and waste across people, process, technology, and governance
- Analyze data to identify root causes and define clear problem statements
- Design future-state operating models and improved processes
- Deliver process improvements through workshops and structured problem-solving
- Coach managers on Lean and continuous improvement
- Implement visual management, KPIs, and performance dashboards
- Prepare executive-level PowerPoint and Excel deliverables
Required Experience & Skills
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments
- Arabic speakers preferred
- Consulting experience (Big 4 preferred) in Operational Excellence, Lean Six Sigma, or Transformation
- Proven experience delivering productivity or operating model improvements
- Strong stakeholder management, coaching, and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization skills (Power BI / Tableau)
- Hands-on, results-driven mindset
