Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting thorough neurological examinations and assessments of patients
  • Diagnosing and treating various neurological conditions such as stroke, epilepsy, dementia, Parkinson's disease, and multiple sclerosis
  • Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests such as MRI, CT scans, and lab tests to assist with diagnosis and treatment plans
  • Developing customized treatment plans for patients based on their individual needs
  • Prescribing medications and performing procedures when necessary
  • Providing guidance and advice to patients and their families on managing and coping with their neurological conditions
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest advancements and research in the field of neurology
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation

Qualifications

  • Medical degree from an accredited university
  • Completed residency and fellowship training in Neurology
  • Board certification in Neurology
  • Valid state medical license and DEA registration
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a practicing Neurologist
  • Proven track record of effectively diagnosing and treating various neurological disorders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Passion for continuous learning and professional development
