Role Description: Neurosurgeon/Neurologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Neurosurgeon/Neurologist to diagnose, treat, and surgically manage disorders of the brain, spinal cord, peripheral nerves, and cerebrovascular system. The successful candidate will provide expert patient care, perform complex surgical procedures, collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams, and contribute to advancing neurological healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and manage neurological and neurosurgical conditions
• Perform surgical and non-surgical procedures involving the brain, spine, and nervous system
• Interpret diagnostic imaging such as MRI, CT scans, and angiography
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care
• Collaborate with neurologists, anesthesiologists, radiologists, and critical care teams
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with medical standards
• Participate in research, teaching, and continuous professional development
• Adhere to hospital policies, ethical standards, and patient safety protocols

Qualifications & Requirements

Educational Qualifications:

• Medical Degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution
• Completion of an accredited Neurosurgery Residency Program
• Fellowship training in a neurosurgical subspecialty (advantageous)

Licensure & Certification:

• Valid medical license to practice
• Board Certification in Neurosurgery (or eligibility)
• Current registration with relevant medical councils

Experience & Skills:

• Proven experience in neurosurgical procedures
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and surgical precision
• Ability to work under pressure in high-risk situations
