Key Responsibilities
- Assess and diagnose patients with various oncological conditions through comprehensive clinical evaluation and diagnostic procedures
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the latest evidence and guidelines
- Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other cancer treatments in coordination with the oncology care team
- Monitor treatment outcomes and manage side effects effectively to ensure patient safety and comfort
- Educate patients and their families on treatment options, prognosis, and supportive care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including radiologists, surgeons, and other specialists to provide integrated patient care
- Participate in clinical research and continuous professional development activities
- Maintain detailed and accurate medical documentation in compliance with institutional and regulatory standards
Requirements
- Medical degree with specialization in Oncology from an accredited institution
- Board certification in Oncology is highly preferred
- Valid medical license to practice in Abu Dhabi or the UAE
- Proven experience in diagnosing and treating a broad range of oncological conditions
- Strong knowledge of contemporary cancer treatment modalities and clinical protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
