A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in UAE is expanding its comprehensive ophthalmology, eye surgery and subspecialty eye care and is seeking a highly skilled Consultant Ophthalmologist to join its growing clinical team. Role Overview

The successful candidate will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical environment supported by experienced consultants, nurses, allied health professionals and modern diagnostic and treatment infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage medical and surgical eye conditions across outpatient and operative settings
• Perform ophthalmic procedures according to subspecialty scope such as cataract, glaucoma, retina, cornea or oculoplastic
• Interpret ophthalmic imaging, visual fields, OCT and diagnostic tests
• Manage urgent eye conditions including trauma, acute vision loss, infection and raised intraocular pressure
• Coordinate care with optometry, endocrinology, neurology, rheumatology and pediatric teams when required
• Maintain surgical safety, consent, documentation and infection control standards
  
  

Requirements

• UK CCT / FRCOphth
• European Board / national specialist certification
• Royal College Certification (Canada)
• Australian FRANZCO
• Arab Board
