We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Consultant Ophthalmologist to join a leading healthcare organization in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive ophthalmic care, diagnosing and treating eye conditions, and performing surgical procedures as required
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and assess patients with various ophthalmic conditions.
- Diagnose and manage diseases and disorders affecting the eyes and visual system.
- Perform ophthalmic surgeries and procedures based on clinical requirements and area of specialization.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and provide appropriate medical and surgical care.
- Monitor patients progress and provide follow-up care.
- Collaborate with other physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and clinical documentation.
- Stay updated with the latest developments, technologies, and best practices in ophthalmology.
- Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and professional standards.
Requirements:
- Medical degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent) with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Ophthalmology.
- Valid specialist/consultant qualification and relevant clinical experience.
- Strong clinical and surgical skills in ophthalmology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
