Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Consultant Plastic & Aesthetic Surgeon to join a leading healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in reconstructive and aesthetic surgery, excellent clinical judgment, and a patient-focused approach to delivering safe, high-quality surgical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive consultations, assessments, and treatment plans for patients seeking plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic procedures.
- Perform a wide range of aesthetic and reconstructive surgical procedures in accordance with established clinical standards.
- Evaluate patients medical history, physical condition, expectations, and suitability for surgical intervention.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and clearly explain procedures, risks, benefits, alternatives, and expected outcomes.
- Perform pre-operative and post-operative assessments and provide appropriate follow-up care.
- Manage surgical complications and ensure timely intervention when required.
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists, dermatologists, nurses, and other specialists to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records and comprehensive surgical documentation.
- Ensure adherence to infection control, patient safety, and surgical quality standards.
- Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and professional development activities.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements, techniques, technologies, and evidence-based practices in plastic and aesthetic surgery.

Requirements
- Medical degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Recognized specialist qualification in Plastic Surgery.
- Valid Consultant-level professional license or eligibility in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Significant post-specialization experience in plastic and aesthetic surgery.
- Proven experience performing a broad range of cosmetic and reconstructive procedures.
- Strong understanding of surgical safety, patient selection, and complication management.
