Job Description

Position: Consultant – Post-Trade Infrastructure & Settlement

JPC: 5929

Location: Abu Dhabi

Experience:10+ Years

Job Required

Design and enhance Tabadul post-trade infrastructure
Develop and optimize DVP (Delivery versus Payment) and Custodian models
Support implementation of cross-border settlement frameworks
Establish operational procedures for clearing and settlement activities
Design the framework for CCP integration across participating markets
Coordinate with custodians, clearing houses, exchanges, and regulators
Develop post-trade processes for new asset classes
Define operational workflows for trade confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation.
10+ years experience in post-trade operations, clearing, settlement, or custody
Strong knowledge of DVP models, custodianship, and clearing structures
Experience working with CCPs, exchanges, custodians, and regulators
Knowledge of cross-border settlement mechanisms
