Role Overview
The successful candidate will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical environment supported by experienced consultants, nurses, allied health professionals, oncology specialists, and modern diagnostic and treatment infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess oncology patients and determine appropriate radiotherapy indications within multidisciplinary cancer care plans
- Develop and oversee treatment plans using modern techniques such as IMRT, VMAT, IGRT, SBRT, or brachytherapy according to facility capability
- Coordinate simulation, contouring, dose prescription, treatment planning review, and on-treatment patient assessments
- Manage radiation-related side effects, supportive care requirements, and survivorship follow-up
- Participate in multidisciplinary tumour boards with medical oncology, surgery, radiology, pathology, and palliative care teams
- Maintain radiation safety standards, clinical documentation, informed consent processes, and quality assurance practices
Requirements
