Role Introduction:
As a Consultant in the GRCS team, you will be actively involved in executing core engagement tasks such as testing, documenting, and analyzing controls. You will support senior colleagues in delivering valueadding internal audit, governance, ERM, and compliance projects to Saudi clients. The role requires a keen eye for detail, technical accuracy, and the ability to link testing results to broader governance and control improvement opportunities.
Job Purpose:
Execute daytoday engagement procedurestesting, documentation, analyticsdelivering precision and professionalism, while supporting GRC projects in Saudi Arabia in line with IIA standards and KPMG methodology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform control testing, analytics, interviews, and walkthroughs based on riskbased audit plans.
- Prepare RCMs, process maps, and detailed audit workpapers using KPMG tools.
- Assist with ERM risk register updates and BCM documentation.
- Conduct comparative analysis against Saudi regulatory requirements, identifying potential compliance gaps.
- Support senior colleagues with governance research, sector benchmarking, and industry risk analysis.
- Apply professional auditing and risk assessment standards to all work outputs.
Preferred Saudi Arabia Experience:
- Exposure to KSA corporate, government, or regulated sectors.
- Awareness of SAMA, CMA, GOSI, ZATCA, and Insurance Authority requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Engineering.
- 14 years of experience in GRC or Internal Audit.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to produce highquality documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office; Power BI exposure preferred.
