Job Description & Summary
will provide you with the opportunity to be responsible for complex financial reporting issues and other transformational events. You'll tackle client's needs with a solution-oriented approach that creatively addresses complex financial reporting problems for high profile transactions, and you'll have significant interaction with senior company management teams.
Responsibilities:
- Strong ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently;
- Ability delegate and coach junior members to help deliver results;
- Strong analysis and problem solving ability;
- Solid IFRS knowledge of and ability to prepare technical papers supported be technical guidance;
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business studies, accounting or finance;
- Preferably started one of the following qualifications:: ACA, ACCA, CPA; or in the final stages of achieving the certificate
- Years of Experience: 5-10 years of Accounting or Finance experience in a Big 4 firm preferably. Accounting conversion (IFRS/ US GAAP / Local GAAP /IPSAS) experience is beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) both English and Arabic;
- Adequate experience in financial reporting and compliance
- Adequate knowledge of internal controls and Business Improvement
- Experience in real estate and construction, retail, oil and Gaz and public sector
