The Consulting Engagement Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end consulting engagements, ensuring successful delivery of projects, maintaining strong client relationships, and coordinating cross-functional teams. The role acts as the main link between clients and internal delivery teams to ensure quality, timeliness, and alignment with project objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of consulting engagements across strategy and transformation projects.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Translate client requirements into clear project plans, deliverables, and timelines.
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure successful execution and high-quality delivery.
- Monitor project progress, risks, and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Support the development of strategic recommendations and client presentations.
- Ensure all deliverables meet consulting quality standards and client expectations.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Support business development efforts through proposals and client follow-ups.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery methodologies and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field
- 7-10+ years of experience in consulting, project management, or advisory roles.
- Strong background in consulting firms (Big 4, strategy firms, or equivalent preferred).
- Proven experience managing client-facing projects and cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Candidate must hold Saudi nationality.
