Job Summary:
We are seeking an accomplished Consulting Manager with strong leadership capabilities and extensive experience in managing complex consulting projects. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience, a proven track record in delivering transformation and strategy engagements, and a PMP certification. This role requires exceptional client management skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality consulting outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end consulting engagements across strategy, transformation, operations, and organizational development.
- Oversee project planning, execution, risk management, and performance monitoring to ensure successful delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and identifying new opportunities for value creation.
- Guide and mentor consulting teams, ensuring effective collaboration and high-quality deliverables.
- Conduct research, data analysis, and problem-solving to support the development of strategic recommendations.
- Review, refine, and present deliverables, including frameworks, reports, presentations, and operating models.
- Support business development activities, including proposal preparation, project scoping, and client presentations.
- Ensure adherence to PMP standards, project governance, and best practices in project and change management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 8+ years of consulting or project management experience in reputable consulting firms or large organizations.
- PMP certification (mandatory).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or related fields.
- Strong experience leading teams, managing clients, and delivering strategic consulting engagements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking capabilities.
- Experience in government, private sector transformation, or organizational development projects is a plus.
