About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our Strategy & Management Consulting team In Saudi Arabia. The Project Manager will lead consulting projects across diverse industries, ensuring the successful delivery of high-impact strategic initiatives for our clients.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing Pearls projects. This includes all key areas of project management, such as time, cost, quality, and stakeholder management.

You will support the Pearls team in delivering project work for a variety of clients, primarily on client sites. The role will focus on clients in Jeddah.

Projects can be about Strategy, Operating model, benchmarks, process re-engineering, organizational transformation, IT System follow-up, etc.

You will work on topics such as: Supply chain, Procurement, Local Content, Corporate Finance, Facility Management, IT Advisory, etc.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end execution of consulting engagements, from scoping and planning to delivery and presentation of final recommendations.

Manage multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring high-quality analysis, structured problem-solving, and timely deliverables.

Contribute to the sales process in Saudi Arabia by developing impactful presentations, analyzing and framing client requests, and ensuring timely follow-up on business opportunities.

Identify new business opportunities, support proposal development, and contribute to the firm's growth.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives and decision-makers.

Ensure effective project governance, stakeholder engagement, and quality assurance throughout project life cycles.

Mentor junior consultants and analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and professional development.

Qualifications

Good engineering or business school (Top universities, KFUPM, KAUST, etc.)

Minimum 7 years relevant work experience, ideally 10 years of experience.

Expertise in project management. Ideally PMP or PRINCE II certification

Prior experience in consulting environment, ideally with a top-tier management consulting firm

Excellent analytical skills, logical and structured thinking

Great personal and interpersonal attributes (e.g., results-oriented and a performance-oriented work style, creativity, entrepreneurial qualities)

Excellent problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented focus

Excellent oral and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills in front of senior level clients
