Work within consulting project teams to deliver client project objectives across a broad range of areas including organizational restructuring, process enhancement, change management, human resources, innovation, and digital transformation.
Support the execution of core consulting activities related to the scope of the assigned project including best practice research, industry trend analysis, fact gathering, needs and gap assessments, quantitative and qualitative data analysis, definition of business solutions to client issues, development of recommendations and implementation of action plans.
Support the execution of core project management activities including development of detailed work plans, tracking of deliverables and milestones, client communications, risk & issues tracking and mitigation, project budget reporting and analysis, and invoicing.
Contribute to the development of the tools and forms required for the delivery of consulting services to CID clients.
Develop and deliver presentations and reports for assigned CID clients.
Contribute to the development of CID consulting methodologies and tools.
Support business development activities and contribute to the development of proposals and participate in proposal presentation meetings.
Requirements
Qualifications:
4-6 years of experience in an organizational development and/or a human resources function.
BA or B.Sc. in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science.
Excellent computer skills with work experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle multi tasks and deliver on time.
Ability to analyse ideas and concepts.
Understanding of general business environment and disciplines.
Ability to research concepts and produce recommendations
