About the job:

Responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and loyalty across B2B (pharmacies) and B2C (end-consumers) channels.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Implement and execute marketing strategies across B2B (pharmacies) and B2C (end-consumers), covering both offline and digital channels.
  • Design and launch direct-to-consumer (DTC) campaigns across digital, social media, in-store, and outdoor platforms.
  • Conduct market research and business development surveys to understand consumer behavior, identify target audiences, and evaluate new project opportunities.
  • Manage allocated marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
  • Develop engaging content for digital platforms, social media, and consumer-facing campaigns.
  • Oversee website content updates to ensure accuracy and brand alignment for each newly launched consumer product.
  • Support execution of DTC events (in-store activations in clinics/pharmacies and outdoor events).
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing and cross-functional teams to deliver a consistent brand message.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute campaigns effectively.
  • Arranging and conducting training for Distributers sales staff for newly launched products and products under focus.
  • Arranging and conducting training for Chain & retail pharmacies pharmacists staff for newly launched products and products under focus.
  • Arranging with coordination with Sales & MKT teams in clinic events for brand awareness for upcoming consumer products.
  • Preparing and executing DTC events for brand awareness, Customer acquisition, Lead generation & direct sales
  • Track and analyze executed campaign performance to identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Generate regular reports on competitor performance.
  • Stay informed on industry digital trends, and best practices to strengthen marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor degree of Pharmaceutical Science.
  • Experience: 6-9 years of relevant experience experience.
