Job Description

Job Purpose:

In this role, you will own the end-to-end consumer finance roadmap, manage strategic partnerships with banks, fintechs, and BNPL providers, and drive the adoption of innovative financing solutions across digital and retail channels. You will play a key role in enhancing customer affordability, accelerating revenue growth, and delivering a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute the consumer finance and installment strategy across online and offline channels.
Own and enhance all installment and financing propositions, ensuring strong commercial performance and customer adoption.
Build, manage, and grow strategic partnerships with banks, fintechs, and consumer finance providers.
Lead negotiations and commercial agreements to maximize business value and revenue opportunities.
Act as the product owner for consumer finance solutions, driving new launches, enhancements, and go-to-market initiatives.
Develop competitive financing offers aligned with customer needs and market trends.
Monitor key performance metrics, customer behavior, and market dynamics to optimize product performance.
Drive pricing strategies, financial modeling, and profitability analysis for financing programs.
Collaborate with Commercial, Digital, Sales, Marketing, CX, and Technology teams to ensure seamless execution and customer experience.
Lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for consumer finance initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in Consumer Finance, BNPL, Fintech, Banking Products, Lending, or Financial Services.
Proven experience managing installment, lending, or consumer finance products.
Strong background in product management, partnerships, and commercial negotiations.
Experience working with banks, fintechs, or consumer finance providers.
Strong analytical, financial modeling, and stakeholder management skills.
