Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in New Cairo. The Customer Service Representative will handle day-to-day customer interactions, providing support and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer experience. The role also involves documenting interactions, updating customer records, and collaborating with other team members to improve service procedures.
Qualifications
Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Experience skills
Ability to ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction and effective Customer Service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work on-site in New Cairo
Experience in customer service roles is beneficial
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
Fluency in English is a MUST
Flexibility with night and overnight shifts is a MUST
