Position Overview:

As theContact Center Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations of our call center team to ensure outstanding customer service, smooth appointment scheduling, and efficient handling of inquiries. You will lead by example, coach your team, and implement procedures that enhance the overall client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support a team of call center agents handling client bookings, inquiries, and follow-ups.
  • Monitor performance metrics (e.g. response time, call quality, conversion rates) and provide regular feedback and training.
  • Ensure team members adhere to scripts, protocols, and clinic policies.
  • Handle escalated calls and resolve client concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Collaborate with clinic managers and marketing teams to coordinate promotions and scheduling priorities.
  • Prepare performance reports and suggest improvements in workflow or technology.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of services, treatments, and pricing across all clinic locations.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as a Contact Center Supervisor, preferably in a healthcare or aesthetic clinic setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM/call center software and reporting tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Arabic and English Languages preferred.
