Functional Skills

• Contact Centre / Customer Service experience
• Banking or Financial Services exposure (preferred)
• Digital and Mobile Banking support knowledge
• Call handling and objection management skills
• Customer issue resolution and troubleshooting
• Basic understanding of banking products and services

Technical Skills

• Systems and application navigation
• CRM and telephony platform experience
• Digital channel and mobile app support
• Basic troubleshooting and process guidance
