The Container Yard (CY) Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the container yard, ensuring efficient and safe handling of containers, managing personnel, and coordinating with shipping lines and truck operators.

- Manage yard personnel, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate with shipping lines and truck operators for timely loading and unloading of containers.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures in compliance with industry regulations.
- Monitor yard inventory and ensure accurate record-keeping of container movements.
- Develop strategies to optimize yard space and improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare and analyze reports on yard performance and container management metrics.

- 7-15 years of experience in container yard management or related field.
- Strong knowledge of container handling equipment and yard operations.
