Content Acquisition Specialist

Content Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing and onboarding qualified trainers and content partners, evaluating course ideas, and coordinating course development to ensure high-quality, timely, and market-relevant learning content for the eyouth learning platform.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and approach qualified trainers, subject matter experts, and content partners.

· Present eyouth's model and onboard instructors according to content standards and guidelines.

· Evaluate proposed course ideas and ensure alignment with strategic learning categories.

· Coordinate with instructors during the course preparation phase (outline, materials, structure).

· Ensure all required documents (agreements, forms, content checklists) are completed.

· Follow up on course production timelines and ensure timely delivery of materials.

· Work closely with the academic and production teams to maintain content quality standards.

· Track the content acquisition pipeline and provide periodic reports on onboarding progress.

Requirements & Qualifications

· 2–3 years of experience in content acquisition, partnerships, business development, or learning/content-related roles.

· Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

· Prior experience in EdTech platforms, online learning, or digital content companies (preferred).

· Experience in sourcing and onboarding trainers or subject matter experts.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Proficiency in English, written and spoken.

· Strong coordination and time management skills.
