Role Overview

We are looking for a Content & Creative Manager to own the execution of KICK's content and creative output across all platforms.

This role sits between strategy and execution. The CMO will set the creative direction and brand vision, and this role is responsible for bringing that vision to life through high-quality, consistent content.

You will be hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a strong eye for what good looks like and how to build a cohesive, aspirational feed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end execution of content creation across all channels
  • Translate brand direction into monthly content plans and deliverables
  • Manage the production of content for social media, paid ads, and brand campaigns
  • Coordinate shoots, brief creators, and oversee post-production
  • Source, brief, and manage UGC creators and collaborators
  • Ensure content aligns with brand tone, visual identity, and platform best practices
  • Build and maintain a high-quality, consistent social feed
  • Work closely with performance teams to deliver content for PPC and conversion
  • Track content performance and iterate based on insights

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Monthly content calendars and execution
  • Visual consistency across all platforms
  • Quality control of all creative output
  • Making sure content is delivered on time and at a high standard
  • Taking initiative to propose new content ideas and formats

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in content, social, or creative roles
  • Experience in FMCG, F&B, lifestyle, or consumer brands preferred
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends
  • Proven ability to execute, not just ideate
  • Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
