As a Content & Marketing Operations Specialist, you'll play a centralized role within our marketing division.
You'll support both content execution and marketing operations ensuring tasks flow smoothly, projects meet deadlines, and deliverables reflect TAG's high standards.
You'll work closely with account managers, content creators, copywriters, web designers, and performance teams to make sure every brief is understood, every asset is delivered, and every project stays on track.
- Content Creation & Management (75%)
- Create and edit content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and landing pages.
- Build and manage monthly content calendars across multiple clients.
- Draft creative briefs and coordinate with copywriters and designers.
- Ensure all content aligns with SEO guidelines, brand voice, and campaign goals.
- Conduct research for topics, trends, and competitor insights.
- Marketing Operations & Coordination (25%)
- Act as the communication bridge between account managers and key internal resources (creative, web, performance, SEO teams).
- Maintain task boards, project timelines, and content pipelines using tools like Trello or Monday.com.
- Follow up on deliverables, approvals, and project updates.
- Organize meeting notes, summaries, and next steps.
- Support in preparing client reports, content summaries, and monthly trackers.
- Coordinate with external freelancers or vendors when needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- B/A degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
- 23 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or marketing operations.
- Experience working inside a marketing or advertising agency (highly preferred).
- Strong humanize, engaging, localized writing and editing skills in both English & Arabic.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of SEO, performance marketing, and digital content workflows.
- Familiarity with task management systems (Trello, Click up).
- Excellent communication, organization, and cross-team coordination skills.
