Role Summary

We are looking for a Content and Product Developer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. We are open on seniority and will shape the role around the experience of the person we hire.

You will develop CFTE's learning content and products. This covers self paced learning, adaptive learning, research, video production and working with domain experts to turn their knowledge into programmes. You will also contribute to client projects alongside the delivery team.

Proficiency with AI tools is essential. You will use them daily across research, writing and production. Experience building learning content is preferred.

What you'll do

• Develop self paced learning products. You will design the structure, write and commission the content and see each product through to launch.
• Build adaptive learning into CFTE's products. You will work on how content adjusts to the learner's level and progress.
• Research the topics CFTE teaches. You will keep the content current on AI, technology and finance and turn research into material learners can use.
• Produce video content. You will plan, script and manage the production of video lessons, working with experts on camera and with production tools.
• Work with domain experts. You will source their knowledge, structure it and turn it into content that teaches.
• Contribute to client projects. You will work with the delivery team on programmes for clients where content or product work is needed.
• Use AI tools throughout. You will apply them to research, writing, video and production, and help the team do the same.

What you'll bring

• Experience building learning content, or clear evidence that you can. If you have produced self paced courses or similar, we want to see them.
• Proficiency with AI tools and a record of using them in practice. You use them daily and think about where they apply next.
• Strong writing and structuring skills. You can take a complex topic and turn it into content that is clear and teaches.
• Experience with video production. You can plan a shoot, script a lesson and manage the edit.
• Comfort working with experts. You can draw out what they know and shape it without losing the substance.
• Research skills. You can get up to speed on a new topic quickly and tell what matters from what does not.
• An understanding of how people learn online. You know what makes a self paced course work.
• The ability to work independently in a small team. You take initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do.
