Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo for a Content Creation Lead with expertise in the beauty industry. The role involves creating and managing high-quality content aligned with company branding and goals, developing content strategies, and overseeing content management processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing, editing, and optimizing content for various platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Web Content Writing, Writing, and Content Management to develop and oversee dynamic and engaging content.
- Experience in Content Strategy and Content Management to create robust plans that enhance brand visibility and align with organizational objectives.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with the beauty industry, including an understanding of trends, customer expectations, and relevant marketing strategies, is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Technical proficiency in using content management systems and marketing tools is preferred.
