Afters is seeking a Creative Director & Content Creator responsible for defining the brand's creative direction and translating it into consistent, high-quality content across digital and social media channels.
The role combines creative leadership, content strategy, and hands-on production, with responsibility for managing the creative process from concept development through execution and final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and maintain the brand's creative and visual direction across all platforms
• Develop and execute creative concepts for campaigns, product launches, and key brand initiatives
• Plan, create, and edit digital content, including photography, video, reels, and social media assets
• Lead photoshoots and content productions from concept and moodboarding through final execution
• Manage the content calendar in alignment with marketing priorities and brand objectives
• Utilize AI and emerging creative tools to enhance ideation, production, and workflow efficiency
• Ensure all creative output meets brand standards, quality expectations, and deadlines
• Stay informed on relevant creative, cultural, and digital trends to identify new opportunities
Qualifications & Experience
• Proven experience in creative direction, content creation, or a related creative role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative direction, visual storytelling, and content production
• Strong photography, videography, and editing skills
• Proficiency in relevant design and editing software
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and digital content workflows
• Strong understanding of branding, social media, and digital content formats
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively
