About the Role

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Content Creator to transform marketing strategies into impactful content that supports business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing campaign ideas, crafting compelling marketing messages, and providing clear creative briefs to ensure seamless execution across all marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop content ideas and marketing campaigns based on the strategic direction provided by the Marketing Manager.
• Create and manage content calendars to ensure consistent publishing across various platforms.
• Write persuasive, conversion-focused copy aimed at generating leads and driving sales.
• Prepare detailed visual content briefs for the design team.
• Collaborate closely with designers to ensure content is executed according to the intended vision.
• Review, edit, and optimize content before publication to maintain quality and brand consistency.
• Generate new content ideas based on performance insights, market trends, and customer needs.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Content Marketing.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy and sales-driven content creation.
• Experience collaborating with design teams and performance marketing teams.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
