Content Creator & Brand Face

We are seeking a Content Creator & Brand Face to lead the creation and publishing of high-quality digital content across Instagram and TikTok, while representing the Elaris Beauty Salon brand on camera. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that requires daily, on-site content production at our Business Bay salon.

This position involves managing the complete content lifecyclefrom concept development and filming to editing and publishingensuring all content reflects Elaris luxury identity, visual standards, and brand tone. The ideal candidate is creative, trend-aware, and able to work independently while collaborating closely with the salon team.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Production

• Plan, film, and edit daily content for Instagram and TikTok
• Capture professional-quality beauty and fashion photography
• Produce video content including Before & After transformations, client journeys, behind-the-scenes moments, and salon ambiance
• Create engaging and consistent Instagram Stories
• Maintain strong visual consistency aligned with the Elaris Beauty Salon Brand

Social Media Execution

• Publish Instagram Reels and TikTok videos consistently
• Apply effective storytelling, hooks, and audience retention techniques
• Monitor social media trends, formats, and best practices
• Optimize content for reach, engagement, and brand alignment

Brand Representation

• Appear on camera as the official Brand Face when required
• Represent the salon with confidence, professionalism, and a premium image
• Work closely with stylists, artists, and management to promote services and campaigns

Collaboration & Workflow

• Coordinate daily content shoots with the salon team
• Manage posting schedules and ensure timely publication
• Organize and maintain digital content files and assets

Requirements

Must be based in Dubai and available to work on-site in Business Bay

Proven hands-on experience creating content for Instagram and TikTok

Strong understanding of:

Content hooks and storytelling

Audience retention techniques

Social media trends and formats

Experience producing beauty, fashion, or UGC content

Confident and comfortable appearing on camera

Strong sense of aesthetics aligned with a luxury brand image

Skilled in mobile photography and video editing

Ability to manage the full content process independently (shooting to publishing)

Well-organized, proactive, and able to meet daily content deadlines

Prior experience in luxury beauty, fashion, or high-end salons is preferred
