This is a full-time, on-site position for an Abu Dhabi based non-profit Foundation. This role is ideal for someone passionate about social media, content creation, and digital trends, and eager to gain real hands-on experience.
Role Description:
- Support the development and execution of social media campaigns across platforms, including planning content calendars, and drafting posts.
- Assist in creating visual content (Reels, Stories, Posts)
- Shoot photos and videos using mobile or camera equipment to highlight initiatives, events, and impact stories.
- Edit short-form videos using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar
- Assist with captions, hashtags, and basic copywriting
- Monitoring social channels, engaging with online communities, responding to comments and messages, and tracking performance metrics to help optimize content.
- Stay updated with digital trends, competitor activities, and best practices to inform content and campaign strategy.
Requirements:
- Passion for social media & content creation
- Knowledge and skills in social media marketing and content creation
- Comfortable being on-site and conducting photo and video shoots using mobile or camera
- Basic video editing skills (mobile or desktop)
- Strong attention to detail and creativity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and basic analytics tools is preferred.
Desirable:
- Interest or experience in inclusion, accessibility, or social impact sectors is beneficial.
- Arabic is desirable
- Experience with Canva or Adobe tools
- Prior content creation or social media marketing experience
