Ready to take on this challenge You'll need:

Proven track record creating high-performing content for social platforms.

+2 years of hands-on experience in short-form video, scripting, shooting, and basic editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both

English and Arabic.

Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone/voice to different audiences and platforms.

Working knowledge of social analytics and KPIs (reach, engagement rate, CTR, retention).

Familiarity with SEO for content, hashtags, and metadata best practices.

Comfort using Al tools (for ideation, drafts, thumbnails) without losing originality.

Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with design, performance marketing, and account teams and present ideas clearly.

What You'll Do:

Own end-to-end content production: ideation scripting filming (mobile-friendly) editing publishing.

Create platform-native content (Reels, Shorts, threads and stories ) that drives measurable engagement.

Build and manage a monthly content calendar aligned with campaigns, launches, and key moments.

Collaborate with performance marketers, business developers and account managers to align content with campaign objectives.

Track performance, test variations (hooks, thumbnails, captions), and optimize using insights.

Stay on top of platform updates, trending sounds, and best practices and turn them into ideas fast.
