Job Description

Role Purpose

The Chinese Content Creator is responsible for producing all Chinese language content for PSI across social media, websites, landing pages, brochures, articles, PR materials, and campaign assets. The role ensures that every piece of content is culturally accurate, localized, persuasive, and optimized for Chinese digital behavior.

This role serves as the main creative voice for the Chinese audience and supports both performance campaigns and brand building efforts targeting Chinese buyers and investors.

Key Responsibilities

1. Chinese Language Content Creation

Write high quality content in simplified Chinese for:

o Social media posts

o Articles and blogs

o Website pages

o Landing pages

o Brochures and property descriptions

o Ads and CTAs

o Email and WhatsApp flows for Chinese funnels

Ensure all content reflects Chinese cultural expectations and communication style.

2. Social Media Posting and Platform Management

Manage posting schedules on Chinese platforms including:

o WeChat

o Xiaohongshu

o Douyin

o Weibo

o Baidu content channels

Ensure consistency in tone, posting frequency, and content structure across all platforms.

Respond to comments and support community engagement when required.

3. Localization and Cultural Adaptation

Localize all marketing messages and visuals in collaboration with the design team.

Transform English content into culturally relevant Chinese narratives.

Adapt scripts, captions, and property descriptions based on Chinese buyer psychology.

Ensure all content aligns with regional insights given by the International Market Analyst.

4. Long Form Content and Articles

Write structured, informative, and persuasive articles that position PSI as a trusted authority for Chinese investors.

Produce content on topics such as:

o UAE real estate trends

o Investment benefits

o Payment plans

o Golden Visa policies

o Community guides

o Market comparisons

Work closely with the PR Executive to prepare translated press releases and interview summaries.

5. Collaboration with Campaign Specialists

Support the Chinese Campaign Specialist by providing content for ads, landing pages, video scripts, and campaigns.

Create content variations for A/B tests based on data provided by the analyst and specialist.

Align messaging with clarity requirements to collect intent, budget, timeline, and location details.

6. Research and Insights Integration

Work with the International Market Analyst to understand behavioral trends, sentiment, objections, and triggers that influence Chinese buyers.

Incorporate insights into content to increase relevance and clarity.

Produce content that answers common questions and reduces friction during the lead journey.

7. Content Documentation and Knowledge Base

Archive all Chinese content inside the marketing documentation portal.

Tag content by region, business unit, campaign, and funnel stage.

Maintain a full library of standardized Chinese templates for posts, ads, articles, and scripts.

8. Quality Control and Brand Consistency

Ensure content follows PSI's brand guidelines, tone, structure, and positioning.

Review Chinese translations prepared by external vendors when needed.

Maintain high accuracy, grammar quality, and cultural sensitivity.

Key Requirements

Native or fluent proficiency in simplified Chinese.

Strong writing and editing skills tailored to Chinese digital culture.

Experience in content creation for WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, or other Chinese ecosystems.

Ability to write both short form persuasive content and long form educational articles.

Understanding of Chinese buyer psychology, real estate interest, and cross border investment behavior.

Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and deliver content quickly in a fast paced environment.
