Key Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and publish daily short-form videos (Reels) for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Film high-quality content including walk-arounds, features, POV drives, comparisons, trends, and lifestyle shots
- Develop creative hooks, captions, and hashtags optimized for reach and engagement
- Stay up to date with automotive trends, social media trends, and platform algorithm changes
- Maintain a consistent brand voice, style, and visual identity
- Collaborate with marketing or sales teams to align content with promotions, launches, and campaigns
- Manage a content calendar and ensure on-time daily posting
- Analyze performance metrics (views, engagement, saves, shares) and optimize content accordingly
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience creating short-form video content,
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts best practices
- Proficiency with video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, InShot)
- Ability to shoot high-quality video using a smartphone or camera
- Creative mindset with strong storytelling and visual composition skills
- Excellent time management and consistencyable to post daily without missing deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking
On-camera presence or voice-over experience
