Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, edit, and publish daily short-form videos (Reels) for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
  • Film high-quality content including walk-arounds, features, POV drives, comparisons, trends, and lifestyle shots
  • Develop creative hooks, captions, and hashtags optimized for reach and engagement
  • Stay up to date with automotive trends, social media trends, and platform algorithm changes
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice, style, and visual identity
  • Collaborate with marketing or sales teams to align content with promotions, launches, and campaigns
  • Manage a content calendar and ensure on-time daily posting
  • Analyze performance metrics (views, engagement, saves, shares) and optimize content accordingly

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience creating short-form video content,
  • Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts best practices
  • Proficiency with video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, InShot)
  • Ability to shoot high-quality video using a smartphone or camera
  • Creative mindset with strong storytelling and visual composition skills
  • Excellent time management and consistencyable to post daily without missing deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking

On-camera presence or voice-over experience
