Role Summary
As a Junior Content Creator (Video + Photo) at The Brooklyn Creamery, you'll create scroll-stopping visual content that showcases our delicious, guilt-free ice creams. You'll shoot and edit short-form videos, assist with campaign execution, and bring our fun, indulgent-yet-healthy brand personality to life across social platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Shoot high-quality videos and photos for social media, campaigns, product launches, brand storytelling, and user engagement.
- Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) using clean, trend-aligned edits that highlight product benefits, lifestyle moments, and brand voice.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute content plans, shot lists, and campaign themes.
- Adapt to The Brooklyn Creamery's brand style and visual guidelines, ensuring every piece of content reflects our feel-good, deliciously-healthy promise.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, experiment with fresh formats, and bring creative content ideas to the team.
What We're Looking For
Essential Skills
- Experience shooting and editing engaging photo/video content (mobile or camera).
- Working knowledge of editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, etc.).
- Strong visual storytelling skills: composition, lighting, pacing, and captioning.
- Curious, creative, and trend-aware with a passion for social content.
Nice to Have
- Experience creating content for food, lifestyle, or wellness brands.
- Understanding of product photography (especially food and beverage).
- Canva or basic graphic design skills for thumbnails and social assets.
