Role Description The Content Creator will craft engaging, high-quality content that showcases JUSQ Estate's properties, services, and brand across digital and offline channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating social media posts, property descriptions, blog articles, short-form video scripts, and marketing collateral aligned with the company's tone and standards. The role will involve collaborating with sales and marketing teams to understand client needs, gathering information from agents, and translating complex real estate concepts into clear, accessible content. The Content Creator will also monitor performance metrics, refine content based on audience engagement, and contribute ideas for campaigns that strengthen brand presence and trust. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo.

• Candidates should possess strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce clear, compelling content for diverse audiences.
• Candidates should possess experience with social media content creation, basic digital marketing practices, and an understanding of branding and storytelling.
• Candidates should possess skills in content planning and organization, including the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Candidates should possess basic visual and multimedia awareness, such as familiarity with images, short videos, and layout concepts that support written content.
• Candidates should possess strong research and information-gathering abilities, including the capacity to translate market insights into accessible content.
• Relevant qualifications include excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (and Arabic is a plus), attention to detail, and comfort working closely with on-site teams.
• Beneficial qualifications include prior experience in real estate, marketing, or media, and proficiency with common content tools (e.g., office productivity suites, social media platforms, and basic design or video tools).
