You qualified as a doctor, pharmacist, or dentist. You write better than most writers. There is a seat for exactly that.

Lensika LLC, a UAE-based medical-marketing agency, is hiring a Content Creator to write the content that carries our medical and cosmetic client campaigns across the Arab world — long-form articles and SEO content, video scripts short and long, VSLs, sales pages, direct-response ad copy, email sequences, and social content, in Arabic and English.

This is a content writer, conversion copywriter, and scriptwriter in one seat — long-form and funnel assets are the core of it, not an add-on to social. And it is not a general copywriting seat either: the content is health content. It describes conditions, screening, treatments, and procedures to patients and to healthcare professionals, for clients who will not accept generic marketing language. The medical qualification is the core asset of the role, not a line on the CV.

You will also work inside AI content-generation tooling every day as your production method — and supply the two things tooling cannot: human taste and clinical accuracy. Volume comes from the tooling; the judgment is yours, and nothing ships unread.

What you'll do:

- Write long-form SEO articles and educational long-reads for medical and clinic brands, in Arabic and English

- Write long-form video scripts and full VSLs — lead, problem, mechanism, proof, offer, close

- Write sales pages and landing-page copy end-to-end, and the direct-response ad copy that drives traffic to them

- Write email copy and multi-step sequences for live campaigns

- Write hook-first short-form video scripts for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts, in Arabic and English

- Produce captions, carousels, story sequences, and post copy against the campaign calendar

- Use AI generation tooling to produce drafts and variants at volume, then edit every output to the final standard personally

- Run a clinical-accuracy pass on every health-content piece before it leaves your desk

- Author Arabic natively for the target audience and register — never translated from an English draft

- Generate multiple distinct hooks, headlines, and angles per brief so campaigns have real variants to test

- Flag every medical claim, comparative claim, or regulatory-sensitive line to compliance review — you never self-approve a clinical claim

Requirements:

- Medical qualification — physician (MBBCh/MD), pharmacist (B.Pharm), or dentist (BDS). This is narrow and locked; other health-adjacent or life-science degrees do not meet it, and it is not waived for portfolio strength.

- Portfolio or samples of previous published work, spanning long-form and conversion writing as well as short-form — at minimum one article, long-form or VSL script, sales page, or email sequence alongside any social or short-form work. A social-captions-only portfolio does not clear this bar, and ability claimed without samples does not pass screening.

- Hands-on daily use of AI content-generation tooling as a production method, not occasional or experimental use

- Native or near-native Arabic and working business English — both tested at interview

- Proven results — at least one piece you personally wrote (article, script, VSL, sales page, email or ad) that went viral or measurably converted, submitted with the link and the numbers. A claim with no verifiable reference does not pass screening.

- CV with a professional photo required
