Role Overview:
We're looking for someone who is confident, charismatic, and comfortable being in front of the camera. Your role will focus purely on creating engaging, on-camera content for our social media platforms, showcasing properties, lifestyle, and behind-the-scenes moments from Dubai's thriving real estate scene. You will not be responsible for video editing, your focus will be presentation, delivery, and content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present and film short-form videos for social media (property tours, agent features, lifestyle clips, etc.).
- Follow creative direction and filming schedules provided by the marketing team.
- Deliver content that feels natural, confident, and engaging on camera.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency with brand tone and campaign objectives.
- Keep up with social media trends and integrate fresh ideas into your content.
- Represent the 3S Real Estate brand with professionalism and authenticity.
Requirements:
- Confident on camera presence, outgoing, articulate, and natural.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable taking creative direction and adapting to different styles.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
- Prior experience in content creation, presenting, or media (preferred but not essential).
- Western / European background preferred.
- Passion for real estate, lifestyle, and media.
